Shipping & Delivery

All products purchased from Do Only Good Pet Food are shipped in accordance with our agreements with trusted third-party carriers. Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer.

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, provided the address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions noted on our site. Delivery times and schedules are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Timeframes & Tracking

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • D.O.G. is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
