At Do Only Good (D.O.G.), we stand behind every product we make. Your satisfaction matters, and we aim to make every order simple, fast, and worry-free.
Shipping & Delivery
All products purchased from Do Only Good Pet Food are shipped in accordance with our agreements with trusted third-party carriers. Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer.
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, provided the address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions noted on our site. Delivery times and schedules are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Timeframes & Tracking
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
- Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- D.O.G. is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How to Start a Return
It may not be necessary to send your product back—please contact us first so we can determine the best solution for your situation.
If a return is required, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly inspect the item and process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- We’re happy to refund the purchase price of your item(s) once the return is approved.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for funds to appear in your account (timing may vary by payment provider).
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns after 15 days may be subject to shipping or processing fees.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accept expired or opened consumable items (treats, supplements, topicals, etc.) unless defective.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your D.O.G. Certified account portal. Need assistance? Email us or call (800) 990-4403.
Authorized Retailer Purchases
If you purchased D.O.G. products from a local independent retailer, please return the item(s) directly to that store. Once the retailer processes your return, D.O.G. will issue credit to them.
