Are your food products organic or sustainably sourced?

Where are your products produced? 

All our products are made in the U.S.A. in small batches and hand-packed in our own California FDA registered kitchen.

Do your treats, biscuits and pumpkin contain artificial preservatives, artificial ingredients, or coloring?

  • No artificial ingredient, preservatives, coloring or genetically modified ingredients are in our products. 
  • We know where our product ingredients come from, and they are sourced to  promotes sustainability and the health of the food chain.

What is air dried, and why is it important?

  • Air-drying removes the moisture naturally preserving the true flavor of the meat and a long and stable shelf life, without preservatives or additives.
  • All D.O.G. fillet jerky meat and organic sweet potato treats are air-dried in small batches and made with the human-grade single source ingredients.

Why Plant-based dog biscuits?

Crunchy Bites plant-based dog biscuits are a healthy, ethical, and environmentally friendly treat option, contributing to a balanced and diverse diet for dogs.

Do your biscuits recipes contain corn, wheat, or soy?

NO, all our Crunchy Bites biscuits are corn, wheat, and soy free!

Are plant-based biscuits healthy for my dog?

ORDERING

How do I make a purchase?

  • To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your D.O.G. account or create a new account.  
  • Use the search bar to search for products. 
  • To add the product to your cart, click on the red button that says, “Add to Cart.” 
  • After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out.
  • On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address, select your payment method.
  • Before you place your order, review the items in your cart.
  • When you’re ready, click the red button “Place Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order. 

How do you use Promotion Codes?

  • To use a Promotion Code, enter the Promotion Code into the “Promotion Code” field in the Cart or at Checkout. 
  • Your discount will be automatically applied to your order when you meet stated Promotion Code requirements.

What information do I need to check out?

Checkout is fast and secure. Enter your shipping address and payment method, then place your order!

When will my payment method be charged?

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically when your order ships. 
  • You may see a pending charge for the total amount of the order when the order is placed . The pending charge will disappear 24 to 48 hours after your order ships. 

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship out the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Where do you ship?

To the contiguous U.S.A. and Hawaii (including P.O. Boxes)

How long does it take to get my order?

Estimated delivery time 2 to 7 days.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is free for order over $30, under $30 flat shipping rate is $6.00

What is the status of my order? 

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

What is the return policy?

  • 100% satisfaction guaranteed …  if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of one of our products, you can receive a full refund for the purchase price.
  • We do not require you to ship the product back to us.  We ask that you donate the unused portion of our product(s) to your local animal shelter.

How do I return or refund an order?

  • Please email info@doonlygoodpet.com or call us at 1-800-990-4403 to request a return.  Please provide your order number.
  • Upon approval of your return, we will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase. No need to return the product.

What to do if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product? 

  • Please email info@doonlygoodpet.com or call us at 1-800-990-4403 to report the error and request a return.  Please provide your order number.
  • We will ether replace the damaged, defective or wrong product (no additional shipping fee) or credit your payment method.
  • No need to return the product, please destroy any damaged or defective product.
  • If the wrong product was shipped please use it or donate the product to your local animal shelter.

How do I return and get a refund if purchased from a D.O.G. retailer?

If you purchased from one of our authorized retailers in the past 30 days, please get in touch with that retailer directly to arrange your return and refund.
